About me

About thirteen or fourteen years ago, we were sitting together one night and as usual we were looking for a way to start a new business (at that time I was a teacher and translator of business English and literature) and we said, "Well, we will start like this, and then we will sell so much than we open a few branches and... it's great!"

I’m sure you have had many of these discussions, ironically that night my brother also joined us (doctorate in management and an entrepreneur) and by asking a few simple questions, our unique plan fell apart! That night passed, but the questions that were raised did not leave me alone. I thought to myself, when it is so easy to recognize the pitfalls of a business, why is it necessary to reinvent the wheel! Why should we waste our money and energy! In short, the more I read, the more I was attracted to this story. Finally, I quit my job and went to Germany to learn more about this story. I studied MBA (in Germany) and get engaged in one of the most crucial problems of small businesses, yep, marketing!

I was so attracted to this story that I launched the first Marketing video library in English, which has now become The one-man company. I still believe that the biggest problem and obstacle for small businesses is sales and marketing, but the problem of businesses are not only about marketing and sales. With more experience in small and large businesses, both in Iran and in Germany, I encountered situations where the need for more skills in facing the turbulent world of business became more evident to me, especially the management biases in decision making!

In today’s world, business consultants have not only come out of management universities, but the most successful of them have entered the business world from different educational background, which precisely these different backgrounds have given them an exceptional opportunity to Look beyond the issues and problems of the business field, including:

Simon Zenik (anthropology), the author of the best-selling book “Leaders Eat Last”, Daniel Pink (law), the author of a very successful book and one of the few reliable and scientific books in the world of sales (to sell is human) and my favorite scientist, Dan Ariely(cognitive psychology) is the unique author of books such as (irrational predictability) and Adam Grant (psychology) and many others, including Dan Heath… All these great minds are the big names of the business world.

I myself have studied in three different fields

I have three volumes of books in three different fields, the most successful of which is “One-man Company”. I completed my bachelor’s degree at Shahid Beheshti University and my master’s degree in Linguistics in Bou Ali Sina University, Hamedan.

But the most important things I have learned are from different work environments in Germany. During my student period, I experienced more than 15 different jobs in Germany (some of them only for a few days!). The reason for this was the suggestion of my teacher, Professor Hugo, to better understand the differences and management methods not from the top down but from the bottom up, which was honestly one of the best advices I’ve ever heard in my life.

In 2021, I returned to Iran to see my motherexactly at the peak of the Corona story (at that time, vaccines were still available only to the elderly in Germany). Unfortunately, I contracted corona virus and was hospitalized for six days in Imam Hospital with lungs that were 45% affected!

Because of this incident, I missed my return flight and my stay in Iran was prolonged, which caused the events that made me eager to return to Iran. Now I spend most of my time in Iran and go to Germany rarely until the time that I might regret this decision!

Currently, I provide services to Iranian and foreign companies in various fields, including consulting and holding educational boot camps, and also organize various offline and online courses in Farsi, English and German languages for those interested in entrepreneurship.
